Building up the miles… 9.5miles down.

Last week week (3/26) we reached 9.5 miles.  It was a GREAT run.  Followed afterwards with our Honored Teammate Potluck.

Although the pace was excellent and I felt great while running… after about 8 miles my left foot started feeling a little numb.  I found out later on that I have a pretty big blister forming.  

It’s all part of what I need to go through during training.   Now time to work on what I need to do in order to improve this.. and to minimize chances of developing them in the future.    Mole Skin… and double-layer socks from now on.
